Hi i dont know if i should be posting here but i was addicted to drugs 3yrs ago but theres one habit i cant stop..i cant stop bitibg my bottom lip and underneath it...does anyone else do this?

It gets real sore and then when it starts healing i chew it even more!
Ive tried stopping but i cant...it hurts
