Try holding on to something-- this is what I do. When I feel lonely and friendless, unloved, unwanted, ect; I try to hold on to something that is in good life, or something that makes me feel good (
besides SI). Someone you like, a nice teacher, a funny joke, a good song; anything. Hold on to that for now, because, like I said, things do get better!
