I was just wondering if anyone feels the same way. Do you think you are overly sensative to anxiety? Or are we just cautious, aware of our feelings. Afraid?

I feel very much the same way - on all of the above. I am generally very sensitive to anything that might trigger an anxious reaction, even though my panic attacks are now few and far between. On the other hand I am always cautious and afraid.
Shopping used to cause panic attacks and even though this hardly happens any more, I always think about this before going into a store.
I experienced something similar in my career. (I am no longer at that job) and I remember the feelings of anger all too well.
You have raised some very pertinent questions. Oh, and I do think your feelings were justified.
I hope the situation resolves soon.
Take care
