Loneliness is painful. It's even more painful when you're lonely in a crowd.

Buttercup, you are the mother of four teenagers. That must take a lot out of you (understatement!). On top of that, you've been through some terrible (another understatement) stuff. I'm impressed you are where you are.

I wish I had some real anti-loneliness advice to give or techniques to share; I don't -- I'm pretty much a recluse.
