So tmrw I will go see my doc and a nutritionists (sighs) super nervous and completely want to back out. I've struggled with this for 9 yrs and I'm not sure I'm ready to change to give it up to have healthy eating habits so many questions to think about and ask I just want some feedback from you guys that have gone n a general aspect of things like did you pick your meals were you allowed the bare min of calorie intake did you have to eat constantly what happened when you slipped sorry for all this just really anxious and although everyone is different I just dnt want to feel alone
