Have you told anyone about your paranoia and other symptoms? You really need to. It's very important that you find someone who will listen to you about your paranoia and about the hallucinations. I think it's time that you talk to a psych doc about this...and very soon or it's gonna destroy you.

I can be there for you as much as possible, but I can't treat you in the way that a psych doc can. Maybe they can look at the way your meds are working or something because it sounds like they're not working at all.
