So, somehow after 7 months in a severe depressive episode I believe I have come out the other side. I recently made up my mind to get healthy. You know doing all those things they told me to do when I felt horrible and just couldnt...eating healthy, exercising, etc... This is no "new years resolution" type thing this is going to be a life style change. Since getting healthy is a way they claim to reduce occurances of depression then by golly I am gonna do it. I am sick of letting depression ruin my life. I have gathered alot of information now to pull it all together into a plan. I will have the plan ready for me to start Sunday, October 30th. Wasnt sure where to put this but I figured here since a big part of the reason for these changes is the depression I went through. Just hoping for a bit of encouragement...
