I am nerous now for a bout 2 weeks, with a high heart rate of over a hundred, talking loud, and passing gas, don't know why. I am going to speak to my therapist tomm. Maybe I need a med to help me through this time. I have GAD. for several years now, and take med for it, but now it does not seem to work.
