Sounds like you've got a lot going on. Maybe you're on overload. It's understandable why you're feeling scared and SI, you don't know what else to do. How about writing in a journal about all the good things? Even if you don't really believe it at the time, you could write "what could I be greatful for" maybe that will spark something happy for you.
