I'm very stressed myself right now, and couldn't read all your post... but wanted to share that you can go ahead and buy/pay for your "local" arrangements, and if it's with a licensed funeral business, you can transfer it to one in CA later probably. People move all the time... I've moved my arrangements twice already (even though in the same State.)
