I have been off medication for depression / anxiety for at least 5 years now, how ever for I'd say maybe the last 2 or 3 years I know I've slid back to where it all started.
I guess we all have our own markers that we look out for to warn ourselves.
I used to be on 60mg Prozac everyday which wasn't good for me. I swore I'd never go back on them, is there an alternative with our going down the dark path?
