I will not obsess about my therapist's reactions, inciting behavior, lack of so-called boundaries, arrogance, burnout, theoretical approach....the list could go on, but honestly? I'm over it. I'm getting more out of my yoga nidra, dog walks, friendships and contributing to my little community than I am from therapy.
But the obsessing goes on, and just for today, I will do my best to let it go.
