My Mother died of cancer last year & I suggested that people donate to the American Cancer society in her name. They are the best place for people to donate to & it is a known donation place where people feel safe donating to because they know that the money goes to cancer research. I know that it doesn't necessarily go to the research of the cancer that my Mother actually died from, but that would be my suggestion.
