Hello!

The chatrooms are a non-judgemental environment. There are no problems considered too "small" or too "big"...it's all a matter of perspective. If you want to obtain and/or give support in chat, the best room to go would be "Support Chat".

The other rooms are basically open-topic, where anything can be discussed. As long as it's appropriate, of course.

And then there are the rooms for designated chats, such as Dissociative Disorders Chat. These rooms revolve around a specific illness or topic.

You can go wherever you feel most comfortable. But please know that 99.9% of people in the chat rooms are supportive, accepting, and kind. I RARELY see judgement on the forums, or in the chat.
