I guess so - I just get freaked out when I'm outside and sometimes at home.
The Dr said I need to get out and try things out - because if I don't test it - I'll just come back to the same things that I think now.
He said I might not be able to change what I think about it even with doing that - but that was the only way I'd find out.
I always put it down to it not being the right time or me being lucky - but he said that doesn't help - because it just takes me back to the fact I'm right.
If people outside would quit giving me hostile stares that would help a bit , but they are always there.
