I haven't self harmed on my arms for quite a while now. All I have is a fair bit of scarring. I start a new job tomorrow...and the uniform is short sleeved. I didn't mention anything about it at the interview and I am worried they will take it badly when they see my arms tomorrow and will fire me for it or something.

Help anybody? How shall I approach them about it?
