No Sannah I don't have a therapist...I don't have any insurance & can't afford one. I'm not working so that doesn't help either. I've been trying to get a hold of someone who can assist me, but no one called back. All they said is leave a msg on the machine & they will contact me in the order I called.

I do feel trapped & I have been feeling like that for a long time. 8(
