I'm curious as to how others take their TID or QID prescription medications (meaning what times you take each dose). How did you arrive at this particular schedule?

I take QID Xanax, and I chose my times from when I was in the hospital. They would give it out in the morning, 1pm, 5pm and bedtime so when I came home, I followed the hospital schedule (morning, 1pm, 5pm, bedtime).
