yeah same here I've been depressed lately and sleep too much 12-17 h a day (most of it during the day) and I never want to get up I just want to sleep forever b/c it doesnt feel like I've had as much sleep as I want/need
Things that have helped me stay more awake/fresh
- being excited about something - anything - will keep me up for days and days... doesnt even have to be anything special but sometimes I get excited about mundane prospects
- lots of exercise and water
- another thing you could try (I have not tried it yet) is 'practicing' waking up.. I have heard that to wake up regularly and cure insomnia/hypersomnia, you need practice just like in other things?
