Good posts in this thread. Unfortunately, the caveat is that menopause is an individual thing. Some women don't even have any symptons, or they do and they are mild. Also, I didn't even know there was such a thing as PERI-menopause, and POST-menopause. I just heard of menopause until recently. So, there's 3 stages to go through, and depending on the woman, it can last up to 10 years for peri-menopause!!!!!!
