I've never been charged when I call the psych NP for a refill. I see her about every 2 months and try to get all my refills then. But oh well sometimes I need a refill in between.

I bet if I stopped seeing her regularly she would make me come in for an appt before refilling.

I can't imagine using the refill line as a money making venture.
