well if this girl, taylor, is telling the truth..
then maybe your boyfriend has lost perspective.
you said that you have been dating for just over a month,
and you were in surgery for most of that month?
so scince you havnt been physicaly together throughout most of the relationship,
he probably isnt feeling very connected to you right now. (time will fix that)
it's in our nature to branch out and look to other people for support.
even if it is with the oppisite sex, (how ever attractive they may be.)
i would sugest having a dtr (define the relationship) conversation with him.

but if she was lying
then you might need to have a conversation with her about the way you feel about her,
or even have your boyfriend be there for support.
