I hope you feel better! I know all too well what it's like to suffer from allergies, they take so much out of you. A helpful thing for sinuses and allergies in general that I've found but can no longer use due to an inner ear disorder is the neti-pot. For those unfamiliar it is a small teapot type device that you fill with warm saline water and insert into each nostril. It then rinses and cleanses out your sinuses, and you can breathe! It's strange when you first use it, but it's great if you have normally functioning ears ! (It even got rid of that nasty postnasal drip in my throat).
