Your T didn't cause the power outage and probably is just as frustrated about not being able to work. Not being able to call during a power outage is a pretty common problem so you really shouldn't take it as a personal affront. Why all the "I hate her" and "she hates me" language? Think this through. You are taking a completely impersonal and stressful situation and turning it into something personal. Slow down. Light some candles. Roast some marshmallows. This power outage isn't about you. It didn't happen to make your life personally miserable. It just is what it is.
