Don't give up. You have three small children!! My wife does ED, we have a child. I have seen through my wife's eyes that sort of selfdestruction feeling. I could see, and I don't know your feeling. But i have tried to imagine it. Absolutely difficult to achieve it. Don't give up. Some people need a target, so a mother has to show their children the good way. Even you struggle a lot.
