I did explain to him, but he ignored it, and told me to take more. I was stuck in this situation, I realized this guy was a quack at that point, and possibly sociopath. Like he was taking some kind of pleasure in seeing me like this. He didn't even bother to help me off the meds. It was a pure hell situation.
