It IS hard work. And it's mysterious work because there's no textbook to study and no 'right' answers. It's a maze and a puzzle. The work is non-linear and what seems like failure ends up being success. It's slow; it's maddening; it's confusing. It's like trying to push a 10 ton boulder uphill and then learning that that wasn't the homework after all.

The urge to give up is strong. The impossibility of it overwhelms. The 'process' cannot be explained. But still, if we keep going and keep trying we do begin to see progress and we will be glad we did continue.
