I was on Lexapro 20mg but my prescription plan requires a generic medicine and Celexa is the only thing close. When I informed my Pdoc he called in Celexa 40mg. Everyone I have talked to said their doctor doubled their dose when switching from Lexapro to Celexa. I still have some Celexa left so I haven't taken it yet. I am awaiting a call back from my Pdoc but in the meantime anyone else had this experience?
