What FarmerGirl says is absolutely right. When my mother was dying I had to leave my own clients and get her back and forth to the ER, the rehab home, her home, back to ER, again and again, talking to her six (6) doctors, her nurses in the hospital, her home nurses, her rehab nurses, take care of Mom's house, bringing her clothes, books, whatever, all the time. It's really crazy, and if you haven't experienced it yourself personally you won't really understand. It takes up all of your time, entirely, leaving you less than enough to eat and sleep, much less to deal with your clients.

And that was my experience with a mother I hated and who created all my problems. Imagine how much worse it would be if a person loved their kind and loving mother? If you really try hard and put yourself in T's place, you wouldn't hurt as much as you do.
