I've been treated for depression for decades & am a recovering alcoholic. What a combination alcohol & depression are! Egging each other on into the night & darkness & dragging you with them.

Or me at least. Each makes the other worse. If you want to get worse fast & cheap, keep drinking.

If you are satisfied just battling depression, AA worked great for me.
