I'm sorry rainbowzz. I have to go to bed. It's really late and I have to be at work at 7am. Sleep doesn't come easily for me anyway. I can fall asleep but staying there is more difficult. I've got to stop thinking for tonight. T always says "stinkin thinkin" it makes me laugh. Sorry, I have to go to bed. At least I'm safe when I'm asleep. I'm safe. I'm always safe - I just want to hurt myself because I'm not feeling very nice toward myself right now so sleep will be good.
