Your t absolutely should have contacted your pdoc for med adjustments. If you're going to discuss this with the family, please be honest. Better still, tell them you need to go to the hospital & tell them why.

They shouldn't have to make this decision. You know you won't be safe until you are there. You're an adult. Do what needs doing.
