It has been almost 7 months since my cat passed away and a little over a month since my dog passed away.

I had their remains cremated. I still haven't scattered their ashes yet.

Scattering their ashes makes it more real or permanent...that my dog and cat are no longer with me.

Any suggestions or adivce on how to ease the transition?
