The goal, however, is to make it over to the Maintenance Foreman Trainee Program. If I get in that program I'll be making around $30/hour and with regular overtime average $90,000 per year. 5 years become a certified foreman. Some of those here that work a double shift each day they work (12 on- 2off) and make $160-$180k a year!! That would be awesome dont ya think? under 30 years old and making $150k a year. I could live with that lol
