Thanks OE  I have a sinus infection...maybe even picked it up the other week at the doctor's office? 
I'm treating it with herbs one is guarana which is a natural caffeine type herb (unrefined and natural) that allows the body to throw off fluid and clears sinuses etc, and one called ashwagandha which is a natural cortisone (for inflammation.)
