I love adderrall as well! I am prescribed 60mg XR daily. Most of the times I only take 30. I like how it makes me feel normal. Defined as "Content in my skin" My only fear is my heart exploding because of the way it increases your heart race and if you do a lot of activity....yeah....otherwise I have no complaints. I have taught myself to eat, as it decreases your appetite. With the time released, the adderrall peaks in seven hours, compared to four hours on the regular. So the earlier I take it the earlier i can go to sleep at night. Best of luck!
