Unless you have a sport of choice, I would second the "take a walk" motion. Depending on your fitness level I would walk for a good hour. You'd be surprised how different you feel when you're through...you may not even remember the source of your anger.

I just said in my post I play rugby

the anger can add to the physicality too so sometimes it can be "good" to get angry before a game, but not over something serious... maybe over something like all the cleaning I have to do or something lol.
