It's been a long hard day...I'm still working with my regular T, and he's trying to help me work it out as well. I just feel like I've failed again. I tried as hard as I could possible try. I'm really struggling tonight and already talked to T. I'm trying really hard to stay clean and self soothe and listen to my music and ride the waves. I really appreciate ya'lls comments and the hugs. Staying connected is the best thing for me to do. Old bag was deeper than she looked. lol
