Hi all,

Anyone else just tired of the constant battle with depression? I have been hospitalized for severe sui depression twice this year...once at the end of March and once in mid-july. I am sooo tired all the time right now, my anxiety is pretty high right now, and I have no motivation to do anything anymore. I see T 2 weeks from today and pdoc in december. Fall/Winter is definitely the worst for me although it can be bad anytime. The only good thing is the sui thoughts arent real strong right now. I dont know what to do...i dont want to call T or pdoc yet but afraid if I wait too long it will be a disaster. I WILL NOT END UP IN THE HOSPITAL AGAIN BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR. Ughh I dont know what to do...
