anger is a huge issue and venting it properly is often a problem. as a guy, when i get angry, i don't get verbal, i feel like getting physical. sometimes exercise / sports does help. playing tennis and cycling help me a lot, not so much with the anger but with the physical part. hanging out with friends and, if you have a good enough friend, talking about it also helps. i know that if i am angry about something the harder i want to hit a tennis ball and only a very long bike ride will do. as far as what's causing the anger - that's something that you will also have to address.
