Thanks for your welcome and I'm glad to say that I'm getting better.
I was a smart-alex. Took myself off haloperidol coz of side effects and then things got worse coz Pdoc forgot to prescribe me artane to counter the side effects.
Impt lesson learned : never ever default on medication without consulting pdoc first.
