Okay, so you've got a plan! That's great. Glad your boyfriend will drive you. I can sure understand your not wanting to drive yet.

So you'll print out posts & see your therapist Monday. Try to focus on the fact that you've got this plan covered from now thru Monday, and you'll take the anger issue to the Monday session.

Keep in mind that the anger isn't something that you have to deal with on your own.

You're doing great, beauflow. Just focus on your plan & it'll get you to your t appt Monday. Stay with short term goals, okay? One day at a time, remember.
