It's nothing anyone said and nothing directed toward anyone. I know it is safe here. I'm just in a really bad place and the triggers are too many the dissociation is too much. Depression is getting worse - anxiety through the rough (I had to take another pill - ugh). I have bad thoughts . . . . . ..

I think I need to rest a little bit . . . . it's getting difficult to protect myself . . . . I will still read my PM's and they are welcome, the rest is just too overwhelming right now and I'm scared for myself.
