Going through grief is such a very personal thing. It's difficult to handle because it's so different for each person. There us no set pattern to know how to handle it either & when we know how horrible the person was feeling that they felt no other choice than to end their life when all around were trying to make them understand how important their life was to others, it makes it that much more difficult. Coming to peace with situations like this sometimes never does happen....most of the time the best we can do is accept it for what happened & accept our emotions rather than try to fight them knowing that they are appropriate feelings to have given what happened. As long as we don't allow those emotions to control our life to the point where we can't function because of them, they are appropriate.

I think coming to your thread here & being able to express your feelings is a wonderful healing way to handle your grief. Sending you many 's & lots of caring understanding & lots of
