Good for you for staying with it and congratulations on getting closer to your goals! It is difficult to change routines and figuring out what works best, but despite the struggle, it is worth it.

I'm struggling myself right now as I have been sick and my body has changed, I was losing without doing anything and now with treatment, I am gaining again. So unfortunately with my system and diet out of whack, what I am doing would not be helpful. I have to relearn my body and start over as I get well. I have been told by the doc, I can have smaller portions and to exercise again. She did recommend as did the trainer, like before when I was well: low impact, longer duration aerobics like walking or cycling over running, and weight bearing exercises for a metabolism boost. Then if hit a plateau to change up the routine with increasing either duration, weight, or activity. This is what I am starting over with again.

I wish you strength and patience as you move further towards your goals. Routing for you!
