Depends on the day of the week. Normally I work out for 45 mins in the morning at treatment. I either do some circuit training or go running on the elliptical. Then throughout the week (I have an exercise class every day in addition to my morning workout) ranges between volleyball, yoga, more circuit training, going for a run, weight lifting. That's another 45 mins. Then I go home and jog/run a few miles for the last bit.

Yea, it's slightly obsessive >__>
