WE MADE IT THROUGH OCTOBER!!!! I know I'm a little late for that but WOO-HOO!!! I'm glad that month is done. It's pretty interesting... I think something just clicked in that noggin of mine. I've been having severe anxiety since August and in October it sky rocketed. I thought I was going mad! I debated checking myself in a couple of times. The last 4 days have been so much better. And I remember the day before that being much better. Not perfect and the anxiety still hits sometimes but man has it gotten better since just 7 days ago!!!
Halloween my daughter wanted to be a skeleton... That didn't sit well with me... I'm so jumpy and a freak around that time and so paranoid about anything spooky like that... I'm 24 I shoulda out grown it but I know some of you will understand... I guided her attention to Ariel, thankfully she's 3 so she's old enough to distract...
So we made it! If you're with me on this terrible month, give yourself a huge hug and congratulate yourself, we made it through
