Irish, I have been diagnosed with the same thing and I still have not found the best meds for me but I know for me I keep a journal handy. My writing will literally change when I write. My therapist told me the biggest concern for myself was safety so I have had to make some personal changes on that but it is easily said then done. I have gone through "numbing out" (thats what I call it cause to me thats what it feels like) periods when I drive which is probably the most scariest thing. But the journaling has helped me understand a little bit more as too what goes on. I am right there with you! If you ever need to talk PM me.
