No I dont think Gemini's are confusing. But the ones I have met need to have things in order, they need to follow a certain program and they don't really like to deviate away from the program. If something is thrown in, and added chore not in their job discription, they don't like it. In other words, I am supposed to do this and this and this, not that.

But they are very nice people. And they don't like to be bossed around, they just like to know their job and follow certain guidelines, structure is important, keeping with the program, they don't like being surprised with change.
