First I would like to say that I think it is great that you can identify that there is an eating disorder beginning (will admit a little jealous because I wish I would have had this insight 20 years ago)...

My advice would be to find someone that you can confide in and trust to speak with... the best thing you could do is seek out some help now because from my experience the longer you wait the harder it is... When my eating disorder first began I was in denial as were my family members and other people who I wish I would have leaned on more early on and then I was not ready to accept help even when it was forced on me at times... if I could go back to the first night I was lying in bed and thought to myself "Oh my gosh... could I possibly have an eating disorder" I would and do it all differently... I would have reached out to someone (probably not family at that point but a friends parent or someone I could have trusted) and tried to head it off and accepted help/support before it caused me to lose much of what I have worked for...

All in all... my advice would be to get some help somewhere soon as eating disorders tend to snowball out of control faster than we realize sometimes...

Hang in there and I hope that you are doing well!
